I have been removing the non-MS software one by one. The results from ShellExView on my system show many non-MS extensions. Whether the crash occurred from KB5032190 or the reinstall of KB5031354, the event viewer shows ExplorerFrame.dll as the culprit, with the same C0000005 exception code, a memory error access violation error caused by a buffer overrun. ![]() ![]() The reason for the File Explorer crashes on my system seem to be from a different cause.
